Wendy Jarvis, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist/Owner
Wendy received her bachelors degree in occupational therapy from the University of Central Arkansas in 1992. She has worked in acute care at Washington Regional Medical Center, a local public school system, and a local outpatient pediatric therapy clinic. Wendy founded Jarvis Pediatric Therapy in March 2005. She is the current owner and primary occupational therapist. Wendy loves making various fun and creative obstacle courses with her clients.

Melissa Foster, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Melissa graduated with a master’s degree in occupational therapy from the University of Central Arkansas in 2004. Before joining the team at Jarvis Pediatric Therapy in March 2006, she worked at a local outpatient pediatric therapy clinic, Washington Regional Medical Center, and Bellevue Hospital in New York City. In 2010, Melissa worked for a year at Kansas Rehabilitation Hospital in Topeka, Kansas before returning to Jarvis Pediatric Therapy in May 2011. Melissa’s favorite activity in therapy is engaging the children in various craft projects including coloring pictures, cutting them out, and adding glitter!
Luke Hill, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Luke graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2009 with a master’s degree in occupational therapy. Prior to graduation, Luke completed extended internships at a pediatric outpatient clinic in Greenbrier, AR and Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton, as well as a two week internship at Jarvis Pediatric Therapy. Luke joined the team at Jarvis Pediatric Therapy as an occupational therapist in August 2009. You can frequently find Luke working with the children on eye hand coordination through sports such as basketball or baseball.
Katie Gehrki, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Katie graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2010 with a master’s degree in occupational therapy and began working at Jarvis Pediatric Therapy soon after graduation. She completed clinical rotations at the Veteran’s Administrative Hospital in North Little Rock and at a small private clinic in Northwest Arkansas. Katie loves playing various board games with the children.
Lindsey Richy, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Lindsey graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas Christian University in 2006. She then went on to complete a master’s degree in occupational therapy at Texas Woman’s University in 2008. Before joining Jarvis Pediatric Therapy in 2010, Lindsey worked at Health South Rehabilitation Hospital and at a local outpatient pediatric therapy clinic. Her favorite therapeutic activity is engaging children in challenging but fun handwriting activities.
Kristy England, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Kristy graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2011 with a master’s degree in occupational therapyand began working at Jarvis Pediatric Therapy. She completed clinic rotations at West Florida Hospital Rehabilitation Institute, and at a small school district in Pensacola, Florida. You will often find Kristy engaging her clients in a variety of creative and fun play-doh activities.

Ashley Taylor, DPT
Physical Therapist
Ashley graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2008 with her doctor of physical therapy, after first obtaining her bachelor of science degree in exercise physiology at the University of Arkansas in 2004. She has spent the past several years as a pediatric physical therapist working with newborns, toddlers, and school-aged children with a vast array of diagnoses. Her favorite therapeutic activity is teaching the children various new circuit exercises.

Cynthia Gunselman, PT
Physical Therapist
Cindy graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy. Her vast array of prior clinical experience includes working with both adult and pediatric populations in a variety of settings such as private practice, developmental centers, home health, long term care, acute care and several public school systems. Some of her favorite activities include incorporating various yoga and dance positions in to her treatment sessions.
Stephanie Haynie, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Stephanie completed her associates degree from Northwest Arkansas Community College as a physical therapist assistant in 2007. Prior to graduation, Stephanie did internships at a local hospital, and an outpatient facility. After graduation, she worked for 3 years in a local outpatient physical therapy clinic before joining Jarvis Pediatric Therapy in 2010. Stephanie loves engaging her clients in a variety of running and skipping activities, as well as helping children learn to walk!

Debbie Harmon, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Debbie graduated from Carl Albert State College in 2011 with an associates degree as a physical therapist assistant. Prior to graduation she completed internships at a local pediatric outpatient clinic and local long term care center. You will often find Debbie engaging her clients in a variety of fun and challenging obstacle courses.
